If you try in vain to redeem a voucher code, please check the following criteria:
- The promotional period for the voucher redemption is still running
- The articles in the shopping basket are valid for the voucher code
- The minimum order value of the promotion has been reached
- The voucher code has been entered without a space at the end (when copying the voucher code, the following space is often copied and pasted as well)
- The voucher code is case sensitive.

After you have placed your desired items in the shopping basket, click on the shopping basket symbol in the top right navigation. Above the order total you will find an input field where you can enter your voucher code. Please note the correct spelling of the code so that it can be recognised by our system. Then confirm the code by clicking on the "Redeem" button. Depending on the promotion, the discount amount will either be deducted directly from the item price or displayed as a separate line with the discount value. 

A subsequent redemption of a voucher code is unfortunately not possible. You are welcome to use the voucher code on your next order.
