1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery within Germany takes place within 2-3 business days, in all other countries within 3-5 business days.

2. Can I change or add anything to my order later?

Since we would like to send you your desired items as quickly as possible and the processing process begins immediately, it is no longer possible to change the order later. You can return the ordered items and/or reorder the desired items.

3. How can I tell that my order is being processed?

Your order will be processed as soon as possible after receipt. You can check the status of your order at any time in your customer account. If you do not have a customer account (guest order or order by instore order), you will receive a shipping confirmation email in addition to the order confirmation email when your shipment is dispatched.

It may take some time for the order confirmation to be sent. If you have not received an order confirmation after one hour, first check whether the e-mail is in your spam folder. 6. Do I have to open a customer account to be able to order?

If you do not wish to create a customer account, you have the option to order as a guest. The only requirement is a valid e-mail address.

7. Can I order an unlimited number of items?

The sale takes place only in quantities customary for private individuals.

CANCELLATION

1. How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service via the free service hotline 00800-1888 0000 (Mon. - Fri.: 08:00 - 18:00).

However, cancellation is only possible if our logistics have not yet processed your order. If it is too late to cancel, please simply return the goods to us. Your money will be refunded via the same payment method you used to make your previous purchase. Once we have received and checked your return, the refund will be issued. You will receive an email when the refund has been made.

Please note that once the refund has been triggered, it may take 2-3 working days for the amount to be credited to your account.

There may be various reasons for cancelling your order. If we cancel your order, we will contact you in advance.

The items in the shopping basket are only reserved for you when you complete the order. If you have not completed the purchase process, it is possible that the items have already been sold in the meantime. These items will be marked as unavailable in your shopping cart.

The items in the shopping cart are only reserved for you when you complete the order. To prevent this, items with a low stock in your size will be marked with a corresponding note.

3. The items from my wish list have disappeared.

Your wish list is linked to your customer account. If you added an item to your wish list when you were logged in to your customer account, you will need to log in again the next time you visit lloyd.com to access your wish list again.

Emails

1. Emails from LLOYD do not arrive or end up in spam.

Occasionally it happens that our e-mails do not reach you as desired and instead end up in spam or cannot be delivered at all. To avoid this, you can put our e-mail address hello@lloyd.com on your "whitelist". This way LLOYD will be recognized as a safe sender and you will receive order & shipping confirmations, service responses, etc. as desired.
